Reynan has a passion for helping customers …
Reynan first contracted to FundaMedia in 2017 when he was back home in the Philippines after serving on a cruise ship. He assisted with a large conversion project, importing content into Author-it. This required the running of several macros on the content prior to the import.
This project sparked Reynan's interest in content management, and he soon proved himself a valuable resource while working independently and maintaining the high standards required for document integrity. This period was followed by another stint on a cruise ship in the Mediterranean, and then two years back in Doha where he was employed as a Food Safety Officer, responsible for two large kitchens serving three meals per day to 2,000 employees. Just at the onset of the covid pandemic Reynan was able to return to the Philippines and was soon ready for new challenges.
In March 2020 he joined FundaMedia first in a trainee capacity and growing into the position of web content developer. He has worked on several projects for a range of international clients, customizing their HTML5 output to suit their branding requirements, and also worked in projects to convert content into both Author-it and Paligo. He has been able to apply his keen eye for detail (necessary for correct coding) with an inherent skill for computer graphic design (he was runner-up in his city graphic design contest depicting a historic event for the city) enabling him to exceed customer expectations -- and when Reynan knows his customers are happy, he is happy, too!
When he's not at his computer, Reynan enjoys anything to do with food -- preparing and enjoying good meals with family -- as well as exercising and biking, getting out into the country roads.
